SPECIALIST OF TYUMEN CARDIOLOGY CENTER RECEIVES NATIONAL AWARD

By Edict 356 of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin Lidia I. Makarenko, MD, Head of the Outpatient Consultation Department at Tyumen Cardiology Center, was awarded the title “Honored Doctor of the Russian Federation”.

Lidia I. Makarenko has worked in the Cardiology Center since its foundation. She contributed greatly to the development of the institution.  Having started working as a junior research assistant in 1984, Lidia Ivanovna became a health professional, a doctor of higher category who won the recognition of her colleagues. She is constantly developing her proficiency and has already taken five advanced training courses in clinical cardiology. She’s the author of six publications. 

For many years Lidia I. Makarenko has been combining successfully her medical practice with public work. She has been a member of the Trade Union Committee of the Cardiology Center for 15 years and has been elected its chairwoman three times.

Lidia Makarenko has been awarded different diplomas and acknowledgements, including a sign Honored Health Professional, which is a departmental award of the Ministry of Health Care and Social Development  of the Russian Federation.

The colleagues heartily congratulate Lidia Makarenko upon her having been awarded the deserved honorary title and wish her further success in work, sound health, and inexhaustible energy!
