EUROPEAN CONGRESS OF CARDIOLOGY IN BARCELONA

The congress included lectures, workshops and a pharmaceutical exhibition. Cardiologists from Germany, France, Great Britain, Australia, Portugal, Turkey and other countries presented their works. In her report Julia talked about the estimation of pre-infarction angina influence on hospitalization course of myocardial infarction (scientific adviser is Victor Todosiychuk, MD, PhD, the head of the department of functional diagnostics, co-authors are Vadim Kuznetsov and Elena Lykasova).

Julia Pak shared her impressions. “It was the first time I visited the event of such a high level. It is very important for me. No doubt, that it was really interesting and useful. My speech was a success. I answered several questions with confidence. I became more experienced not only in the field of medicine, but also in the English language”.

She added that the aim of the congress was to exchange experience in the area of cardiology. Within the congress a lot of pressing issues of diagnosis and treatment of the heart diseases are discussed, in particular, great attention is given to arrhythmias and coronary artery disease.
