SPECIALISTS OF TYUMEN CARDIOLOGY CENTER TOOK PART IN THE RUSSIAN NATIONAL CONGRESS OF CARDIOLOGY

This year ten experts from the Center have participated there. Apart from the scientific program, they took part in the exhibition of pharmaceuticals, medical items, modern information technologies and special editions held within the congress. The Cardiology Center presented their new stand with the picture of Tyumen interventional cardiologists at the tea table. The motto of the stand is: “The Team “Cardiology Center” – talk directly to the interventional cardiologists!” Vladislav Smaznov, deputy director of the Center, explained: “Our main idea is to cooperate with the physicians from different regions directly. Today any of our experts, whether it is an interventional cardiologist, a cardiologist, or a head of any department is ready to render assistance to regional cardiologists, so that they could solve serious problems concerned with the treatment of the patients. We can help to determine the indications for interventions, to estimate the benefit from high technology treatment; to discuss the general approach to the treatment, and also – to receive patients for treatment”.

On October, 7 a consultation on the use of high technology methods was organized at the stand of the Cardiology Center. It was conducted by Professor Alexander Rychkov, deputy director on scientific work.

Only two medical institutions took part in the exhibition – Tyumen Cardiology Center and Vilnius Heart Surgery Center. During the congress more than two thousand participants visited the Tyumen Cardiology Center stand. Specialists of the Cardiology Center discussed the possibilities of cooperation with many doctors from Russian regions.
