ACCOMMODATION

Every ward has a TV set, a fridge and a telephone.
In each department there are extra-comfort wards which you can order any time.

 

 




REST AND LEISURE

It is important for us that your stay in our Centre is not boring! That is why we are trying to organize not only your treatment, but your good rest as well.

  • There is a herbal tea room on the first floor, open from 8.00 till 16.00. Herbal cocktails, mineral water, tea and coffee are always at your disposal.
  • We regularly organize tours around Tyumen on a comfortable bus.
  • Weekly in the evening we show movies in our conference hall.
  • The library with a wide range of modern scientific and fiction books is always at your disposal.
  • You can spend your evening playing chess, draughts, watching DVD-films.
  • There is a newsstand situated on the ground floor of the Cardiology Centre (working hours from 9:00 till 16:00).

MEAL

All patients of our Centre have meal five times a day. You can choose the type of hot main dish and snack for yourself. If you are a vegetarian, your preferences will be also taken into consideration.
Everyone who needs a special eating pattern will be prescribed a diet, which will fit his/her present state and contribute to the quick recovery.
In addition, individual meal service can be organized at your request.

DISCOUNTS

On your admission to our Centre, you are given a special discount card. So that next time you come to us, all kinds of medical services will be rendered to you at cut rates.

Moreover having this card will give you an opportunity to buy medical products at cut rates in the “Pharmalux” outlet on the ground floor of our Centre and in the “Pharmalux” drug store situated in 13 Kotovskogo Street.

We try to do our job so that our patients feel maximum comfortable. And you can always be sure that most of your wishes will be fulfilled just on the spot.
  • In the medical service department (room № 301) you can receive and send fax messages.
  • In the computer center (room № 306) you can make use of copying machine and work with your e-mail.
For non-residents:
  • In the medical service department (room № 301) you can book air or train tickets.
  • Transportation services are available on your arrival in Tyumen and on termination of treatment course.

Unfortunately, a birthday is only once a year! If your birthday happens to be during the hospitalization, staff members of the medical service department will certainly congratulate you and give a small present.
