It is a common knowledge that any therapy can be prescribed by a doctor only after careful diagnosing. In most cases the effectiveness of the prescribed treatment as well as the fact how quickly improvement and complete recovery comes depends on the diagnosing accuracy. Knowing the precise diagnosis gives an opportunity to work out an optimal course of treatment for each patient individually.
In our Centre the specialists working in specialized paraclinic departments are dealing with accomplishing this task. Different techniques of diagnostics are applied in each of the departments. Integrated work of all the departments under the direction of highly skilled, experienced cardiologists provides maximum precise result of the research of all cardiovascular diseases spectrum in the shortest possible time.
ULTRASOUND DIAGNOSTICS department
This department performs ultrasound researches. The priority is given to the heart examination and cardiovascular disease diagnostics. The most advanced methods of ultrasound examination, such as echocardiography, stress echocardiography, transoesophageal echocardiography, echocardiography in children and adolescents are used in our Center.
Here you can undergo ultrasound examination of neck and cerebrum vessels, vessels of the lower and upper limbs (dopplerography), internal organs, thyroid and prostate glands. Only highly skilled specialists work in the department. In 2005 the ultrasound diagnostics department widened: several new rooms appeared here. Besides, it was completely repaired and supplied with new modern equipment.
After acquiring a digital portable ultrasound device (the only one in Tyumen) we have got a unique opportunity to examine patients at the bedside in the clinic or right at home. This powerful device allows performing ultrasound examination much quicker and gives maximally accurate result.

The department widely uses various methods of functional diagnostics such as computer electrocardiography, Holter monitoring of electrocardiogram and blood pressure, exercise testing with the use of a treadmill and an exercise bike, computer rheovasography (estimation of blood circulation in the vessels of upper and lower limbs), rheoencephalography (examination of neck and cerebrum vessels blood supply), computer spirography (lungs and bronchi function estimation).
Application of the most advanced diagnosing techniques, unique equipment and highly experienced physicians allow obtaining maximally precise results of examination in the shortest time periods.

The main unit of the department is the radionuclide laboratory, the unique one in Tyumen region. High-tech methods of scintigraphic examinations in gamma camera are applied here. There are no analogues of such device in our region.

CLINICODIAGNOSTIC laboratory
As in any large medical institution, there are specialized laboratories dealing with all types of analysis testing in our Centre.
More than 100 different analyses, from elementary to most complicated, are performed in our clinicodiagnostic laboratory. Highly skilled specialists use modern equipment in their work. It allows to get maximum accurate results in the shortest time.
The most special activity here is the Lipid laboratory work. In this laboratory we can timely detect and prevent a series of diseases.

X-RAY DIAGNOSTICS department
It is a common knowledge that X-ray diagnostic methods have a lot of advantages. They help not only detect many diseases but also choose the most effective treatment. All kinds of X-ray examinations are performed in the department. The department’s staff consists of radiologists of higher category.
