Lyapina M.V. is the Head of scientific research within Government task for 2021-2023: "Development of personalized approaches for treatment of high cardiovascular risk people living in Tyumen and Tyumen Region, using omics technologies for studying genome and metabolome of small intestine microbiota." She is the author of more than 70 publications in scientific medical journals, including 12 in journals indexed in the international databases: Web of Science, SCOPUS. The monograph "Intestinal aspects of the metabolic syndrome" and the textbook "Fundamentals of clinical laboratory diagnostics" were published.
2017, 2018, and 2019 – the doctor regularly takes part in work of congresses and conferences, including participation with reports.
