Dear colleagues!
I am glad to greet all the organizers and participants of the annual May International Congress “Cardiology at a Crossroad of Sciences”!
The scientific program of the Congress is very heavy. Within three days Russian and foreign scientists, leading specialists in their fields will share experience with colleagues, will present their researches results and will discuss the new approaches in diagnostics and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, application of the newest medical technologies in cardiology, rehabilitation of patients and other issues. I consider that one of the most important features of the Congress, as it was before, is practical direction of the scientific program and its actuality. For example, one of the key topics for discussion will be the study of COVID-19 fallout. On behalf of the scientific committee I express gratitude to lecturers, speakers, chairpersons of the seminars and workshops for the will to share their unique scientific knowledge and experience!

The first day of Congress will be devoted to such topics as new approaches in diagnostics and treatment of chronic heart failure, disorders of children heart rhythm and conduction, achievements in echocardiography. Experts will take part in genetic symposium, interdisciplinary symposium “Cardiologists and neurologists” and symposium on cardiovascular imaging in memory of Vadim Anatolevich Kuznetsov, MD, PhD, Professor, Honored scientist of the Russian Federation, who passed away in October 2021.

The second and third days of the Congress will be rich as well. Participants will listen reports on the actual issues of the Arctic region medicine, the latest news in cardiology and the most actual problem of the last years – COVID-19: fallout and fight against thrombosis. We remind that Tyumen Cardiology Research Center conducted the year examination of patients after coronavirus. The scientists examined more than 300 people and presented the results at the largest congresses. In the end of the Congress of Cardiologists 2022 the scientists will show the information in lipid-lowering therapy, the symposium of the vascular imaging from the experts from Barnaul together with the Young Scientists Contest will be held.
The platform annually unites medical experts in different fields. Last year 1620 participants were registered within three days of the Congress. We are sure that Congress-2022 will be held at the top scientific and organization level. Scientific program of the Congress is accredited in CME system of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Russian Federation.
