Expenses for cardiovascular diseases treatment are quite high in Europe, but situation has not changed a lot. Hence, prevention helps to save lives and costs. We as our European colleagues have investigated the same problems: analyzing patient`s physical activity after coronary interventions, researching the effect of patient`s type D personality on mortality, developing the risk assessment scale of population and many others.”
More than 1200 cardiologists, general practitioners, basic scientists and young researchers from 50 countries took part in the Congress.
