Annual Paris course of European Association of Percutaneous Cardiovascular Interventions took place on 16-19 of May in Paris (France).
More than 10 thousand specialists from all around the world visited this global forum.Dr. Igor Zyryanov, Head of Department of X-ray and Surgery Methods of Diagnostics and Treatment №1, Dr. Viktor Bukhvalov and Dr. Ivan Bessonov, interventional cardiologists, participated in the conference and delivered an electronic report with the results of their research devoted to the treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction after inefficient prehospital thrombolysis.
The main topic under discussion was bioresorbable scaffolds – stents. Nowadays there appear more and more modifications and their application gives good results. In Tyumen Cardiology Research Center there performed already more than 100 operations.
