Our Center will organized continuing medical education program on "Fundamentals of up to date Echocardiography" for cardiologists, specialists in functional and ultrasound diagnostics from 11 to 16 October 2021.
Along with increasing role of echocardiography in practical medicine and cardiology, requirements for training of skilled specialists are also growing. Therefore, our lectors are physicians of the highest category, candidates and doctors of medical sciences, who collect the latest data on the most important achievements in this area, try to present new concepts in accessible way and transfer accumulated knowledge to participants of the program. The program was prepared under the guidance of Dmitry Vladislavovich Krinochkin, the Head of our Ultrasound Department, experienced scientist and clinician with over 25 years of medical practice. All acquired knowledge and skills can be used in practice in diagnosis and treatment of patients with cardiovascular diseases.
After completing the program on Fundamentals of up to date Echocardiography, you will:
• update your knowledge about standard positions of B-mode ultrasound, accurate measurements and assessment of structures and heart chambers, forms of Doppler flow in pulse-wave mode, continuous-wave Doppler and color mapping (healthy and medical condition),
• acquire theoretical knowledge and obtain practical skills in areas related to current methods of ultrasound diagnostics of heart diseases: tissue Doppler ultrasonography (including pulse-wave Doppler ultrasonography),
• analyze peculiarities of echocardiography in valvular heart lesions, speckle-tracking algorithm, stress echocardiography procedures, correct production of ultrasound report.
