On New Year's Eve, Letters of Gratitude from Tyumen Regional Duma were received by healthcare workers, including Yu.V. Tashkeeva, MD, The Chief Physician of our Research Center, cardiologist of the highest category and I.N. Savchenko, MD, medical laboratory technician.
Andrei Artyukhov, Secretary of ‘United Russia’ Regional Branch, the First Deputy Chairman of Tyumen regional Duma, mentioned that medical professionals fulfilled their duty in dignified way even in the most difficult times. Regional awards were gratitude for high professionalism, loyalty to chosen profession, mercy, ability to act in the most unpleasant or dangerous circumstances. To his mind, work of healthcare specialists deserved special attention.
Yulia Viktorovna Tashkeeva mastered all the necessary knowledge, clinical skills and practical skills in the field of cardiology, having worked at our Center. Our physician proved herself to be a competent, practically and theoretically trained specialist and a sensitive, decent, kind person, who always considered health and well-being of patients, help to relatives and colleagues as foremost and top of mind.
Now, Tashkeeva Yu.V. is one of the leading specialists in the field of urgent cardiology and resuscitation. In parallel with clinical practice, Yulia Viktorovna has been actively engaged in scientific research in the field of urgent cardiac conditions in patients from Tyumen and Tyumen region, the study of significant stenosis of coronary arteries in patients with chronic coronary artery disease, which are the cause of myocardial infarction. She has taken an active part in organization of scientific and practical conferences, international congresses and symposia held on the basis of our center. Dr. Tashkeeva has improved her knowledge constantly, participates in medical conferences of the outpatient department, and taken advanced training courses. Yulia Viktorovna is characterized not only by high professional traits, but also by human ones: conscientiousness, love for people, vitality, positive approach to any business, confidence.
Savchenko Irina Nikolaevna has been working in Clinical Diagnostic Laboratory of our Center since 2004. She has the highest qualification category in ‘Laboratory diagnostics’ specialty; since 2005 Irina Nikolaevna has been performing duties of Senior Medical Laboratory Technician.
She proved herself as a competent, responsive and ambitious specialist. Irina Nikolaevna is fluent in all clinical, general clinical and biochemical research methods. Thanks to her efforts, the Department has high indicators in sanitary and epidemiological regime. She is a mentor for young professionals; moreover, she has been actively involved in the practical training of students at Tyumen Medical College for several years. I. Savchenko has such business qualities as conscientious attitude to work, striving for professional development and professional growth. What is more she always improves her professional knowledge.
Since 2014, she has been an organizer of training seminars on preanalytical phase of laboratory research and quality control management rules for nurses at our Center. In 2017, she successfully passed test on International Program of Laboratory Research Quality Control, got International Certificate on Quality Control. Irina Nikolaevna has been taking part in trialability of new diagnostic systems for new coronavirus infection SARS CoV-2.
