In solemn New Year's atmosphere, an Award named after Maina Vasilyevna Luzina, MD, Deputy Chief Physician for treatment of our Center, cardiologist of the highest category, Honored Physician of the Russian Federation, one of the most authoritative physicians of Tyumen region, was given.
M.V. Luzina passed away in April 2021. So colleagues proposed to establish the Award in loving memory and remembrance of unique person, dear friend and great professional in the history of our institution. Every two years, we plan to reward the institution's best cardiologist and nurse based on rigorous jury vote.
Olga Krashanina, nurse and Natalia Khorkova, MD, Ph.D., arrhythmologist of the highest category, Head of Department of Surgical Treatment of Complex Heart Rhythm Disturbances and Pacing No. 2, became the first, who received that award!
Maina Vasilievna was very distracted with desire of her work: she was competent, professional, and attentive, with a huge sensitive heart. Our ‘winners’ were working with Dr. Luzina for many years. And the Award was the highest appreciation for them! They were very thankful.

It should be mentioned that Natalia Khorkova has 20 years of work experience in our center. During that time our physician has shown herself as a highly professional, responsible, responsive specialist. Natalia Yurievna has such qualities as self-control, friendliness, humanity, huge experience, that contribute to excellent relationships, both with patients and their relatives, and with colleagues. Natalya Yurievna has a colossal number of positive reviews from patients and employees of not only her department. She conscientiously treats her duties, actively participates in the social life of our center. She is an active mentor and always gladly supports residents in mastering arrhythmological methods of examination and treatment, takes part in the investigation of complex clinical situations.
She regularly participates in international multicenter studies, medical conferences, seminars, is actively involved in research work. Natalya Yurievna often presets oral reports at scientific and practical conferences, including meetings with international participation. She has certificates of honor from Department of Education and Science of Tyumen Region, Department of Healthcare of Tyumen Region, Presidium of Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Letter of Thanks from Tyumen City Duma.
Work experience in healthcare field of Krashanina Olga Vladimirovna is 13 years. She has the highest qualification category in ‘Nursing’ specialty. A competent and knowledgeable specialist with professional skills that conform all qualification requirements. Olga Vladimirovna is very hardworking, always ready to study, learn new things, communicative, attentive, responsive, and always glad to take part in creative and social events of our Research center.
