By the decree of A.V. Moor, the governor of Tyumen region, Marina Igorevna Bessonova, MD, PhD, Honored Physician of the Russian Federation, Director of our Research Center, was awarded the title of "Honored Health Worker" for her contributions in health protection of the population of Tyumen Region, improvements of medical care quality and labor achievements in healthcare. A solemn welcome ceremony for employees of various industries and areas of activities, dedicated to the 79th anniversary of the formation of the Tyumen region, was held on August 18.
Bessonova Marina Igorevna graduated with honors from the Faculty of Preventive Medicine of Tyumen State Medical Institute. After her internship, she was assigned to work in our Center, for 17 years she has been working as Chief Physician of the institution's clinic. In total, Marina Igorevna has been working in practical healthcare in Tyumen region for more than 35 years.
A talented organizer, responsible and purposeful leader - that's all about her! During her work in the center, amount of clinical work is growing, results of scientific research are being introduced into practice, modern equipment is being purchased, range of diagnostic and treatment methods is expanding, and efficiency of bed capacity is increasing. With the direct participation of Bessonova M.I. the clinic has developed and implemented protocols for managing patients with major cardiological pathologies, a formulary commission, nutrition counsil, and complete medical examination of employees are being carried out. Much attention is paid to quality of medical care; specialized cards for expert quality assessment have been developed, and patients are regularly surveyed.
The work in that particular way undoubtedly makes key contribution to strengthening authority of health care in Tyumen region.
It should be mentioned other achievements of Marina Igorevna: in 2017, Educational And Methodological Department was created on the basis of the center, thanks to which, in parallel with a wide range of scientific research, training process of young specialists in "Cardiology" is being carried out, new generation of scientists is being formed. With direct involvement of Marina Igorevna, international scientific and practical conferences and congresses are successfully held on the basis of our Center, educational seminars, schools, and round tables are held.
Marina Igorevna is a person of inexhaustible energy and hard-working nature, all her activities are aimed at creating optimal conditions for team development, and her active life position targets the team achieving high results, charges them with optimism and desire to move forward. Marina Igorevna puts a lot of effort and time to maintain the material and technical base of the institution, to create safe and comfortable working conditions. Her influence and position in region's medical community is absolutely justified!
