Professional retraining in our center

Professional retraining is education aimed at deep study of program for conducting new type of activity in a short time frame vs. residency. Having studied the program and successfully passed initial accreditation, physician receives the right to work within specialty and perform work obligations to the fullest extent. The professional level will not be lower than if new specialty through residency is received. Such training solves several problems at once. With its help, managers get employees of the necessary specialties and get rid of the personnel imbalance, and physicians gain opportunity for professional growth, development and earn more at a new position.

The rules for conversion from one specialty to other are regulated by the order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation No. 707n "On approval of the Qualification requirements for medical and pharmaceutical workers with higher education in the direction of training" Health and Medical Sciences", dated 10/08/2015.
