In a merry New Year’s atmosphere, Award named after Maina Vasilyevna Luzina, all-time leader of Urgent Cardiology Department, a cardiologist of the highest category, Honored physician of the Russian Federation, one of the most authoritative cardiologist in Tyumen region, was presented.
M.V. Luzina passed away in April 2021. Colleagues proposed to establish the Award to ensure the bright memory of this unique person remains forever in the history of our institution. Once every two years, one cardiologist and one nurse of the institution, based on the results of strict jury election, receive a personalized statuette and a monetary reward.
This year's winners were Inna Anatolyevna Zhevagina, the Head of Arterial Hypertension Department, and, Zarema Murtuzalieva, the nurse of Admitting Department.
I.A. Zhevagina shared that the award had special meaning and value for her. Our cardiologist treated her with great trepidation and gratitude, because Maina Vasilievna had been her first teacher; since her residency, Inna Anatolyevna had taken first steps in the profession under her guidance. I.A. Zhevagina said that M.V. Luzina had been completely extraordinary person, a professional in field of cardiology, a legend, and at the same time, she had remained sensitive and kind.
Z.D. Murtuzalieva was very grateful to everyone who had considered her worthy of such an inordinate Award. She confessed love for colleagues, and, of course, her work.
