On the 21 of March scientific-practical conference “Cardiology: achievements and perspectives” is going to be held at State budget Health Care Institution of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area (CBHCI of YNAA) “Noyabrsk City General Hospital”. Leading Scientists of Tyumen Cardiology Research Center will deliver presentations. Specialists regularly attend the largest Russian and international congresses and share recent data with cardiologists and therapists of YNAA. The colleagues will meet to discuss latest technologies in diagnostics and cardiovascular diseases treatment and exchange the experience of health care delivery for complex patients. The Conference will start at 3 p.m.
The reports on coronary artery disease treatment, arterial hypertension and arrhythmia are in the program. These diseases have continued to be leading cases of morbidity and mortality all over the world. People die mostly fr om coronary artery disease and strokes. The special role in the coronary heart diseases prevention plays clinical examination and establishment of vascular centers throughout the country wh ere modern treatment technologies of patients with complicated conditions are implemented. These measures help to respond rapidly and save many lives.
Liudmila Gapon, MD, PhD, Professor, Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation, National Expert on Arterial Hypertension, Head of Scientific Division of Clinical Cardiology will make a report about how to improve efficiency of hypotensive treatment. As physicians explained, for a prescription of medication reducing the blood pressure, it is necessary to establish the fact of existence of hypertension, assess risks for a patient, contraindications for particular medications, and appropriateness of treatment in general. Priority of hypotensive therapy is an effective reduction of blood pressure and prevention of dangerous complications such as stroke, myocardial infarction, renal failure. Liudmila Gapon will present Arterial Hypertension Guidelines 2018 of the European Society of Hypertension. Natalia Musikhina, MD, PhD, Head of the Department of Emergency Cardiology of Scientific Division of Clinical Cardiology will report about recent aspects of coronary artery disease treatment and diagnostics. Natalya Y. Khorkova, MD, PhD, Cardiologist, Scientific Researcher of the Department of Surgical Treatment of Complex Heart Rhythm Disturbances and Pacing will deliver a lecture about interventions in patients with rhythm disturbances.
