Listen to your heart when you chose a profession. An open day was held for students of Tyumen State Medical University, Medical College and high school students in our center on the eve of the Russian Science Day celebration (February the 8th).
The meeting was attended by those, who was on the way of a career choice or wanted to apply their knowledge and own potential.
The attractiveness of Tyumen cardiology Research Center is a successful combination of scientific researches and treatment practice.
Anna Soldatova, MD, PhD, Scientific Researcher, Chairman of the Young Scientists Society considers that our center has many opportunities for self – realization. Young specialists help to improve methods of cardiovascular disease diagnostics and treatment, present their achievements at scientific-practical conferences in Russia and abroad. There are plenty of chances for scientific activities, everything depends on an enthusiasm.
Guests of Tyumen Cardiology Research Center had an excursion to Departments, Clinical and Diagnostic Laboratory and operating rooms with high-technology equipment. They also were informed about social projects of the center and scientific developments that had introduced into practice.
One of the second year college students was glad to visit Tyumen Cardiology Research Center and shared his impressions. He planned to apply for University and supposed to specialize in cardiology. Clinical and Diagnostic Laboratory impressed him most of all: “Everything is up to date! A physician used to check blood samples by himself, however nowadays robotic apparatus fulfill many functions, but a physician only needs to formulate conclusions and makes a diagnosis.”
A scientific potential level of our center is high: all clinical departments are working under the patronage of the scientific department.
Currently, 13 PhDs (Doctors of Philosophy), 57 MD (Doctors of Medicine) are working for Tyumen Cardiology Research Center. More than 180 scientific articles were published within 2017, our specialists made 130 poster presentations and 29 reports reflected results of the studies.
