Within 12-15 October 28th Great Wall International Congress of Cardiology took place in Beijing (China). Russian scientists delivered 7 presentations and Anna Soldatova, scientific researcher of Tyumen Cardiology Research Center, among them.
She said, “We study and estimate efficiency of cardiac resynchronization therapy in treatment of patients with congestive heart failure. The idea is to implant cardiac pacer which helps heart chambers to work synchronically.” Anna also remarked that experience of Tyumen cardiologists arose a lively interest among foreign specialists. “Participants of the forum asked many questions on patients’ management, optimizing devices parameters. The attention was really worthy because our practical experience, our researches, approaches to patients’ treatment is considered together with other foreign clinics. It is good that there were many sessions on allied areas. This mixture of various approaches and opinions allows providing the best treatment to our patients.”
This year 20 285 cardiologists and other specialists, scientists, managers and manufacturers from 35 countries of the world participated in the Congress. The program included more than 400 academic events, seminars, exhibitions, forums.
