On 26-30 of August ESC Congress took place in Barcelona (Spain). This event is truly considered to be the greatest annual meeting in the world cardiology. This year more than 30 thousand delegates from 140 countries participated in the work of the Congress.
Georgiy Pushkarev, Scientific Researcher, specialist of ultrasound diagnostics at Tyumen Cardiology Research Center presented his research «Influence of hostility on the mortality risk after percutaneous coronary interventions» as he has won the educational grant of European Society of Cardiology. As a benefit Georgiy received a one year ESC membership and access to the latest scientific publications, journals and researches results.
He said, «The most expected event of the Congress was presentation of new recommendations of European Society of Cardiology on treatment of acute myocardial infarction which have not been updated since 2012. The main aspects of the document were declared by Sweden and Spanish professor.»
