All-Russian International Conference «Biotechnology for the medicine of future» was held in Novosibirsk within 4-26 July. Sergey Diachkov, a young scientist, a postgraduate of Tyumen State University, Junior Scientific Researcher of Laboratory of Instrumental Diagnostics from Tyumen Cardiology Research Center, presented his projects in technologies of personalized medicine.
He worked in cooperation with cardiologists and physicians of ultrasound and functional diagnostics. Sergey informed, «The study «Clinical support system of decision making of cardiac issues» is devoted to implementation of patented methods of diagnostics and prognosis of cardiovascular diseases into the doctor’s every day practice. Knowing mathematical statistics and machine education we suggested to use individual approach allowing to raise quality of diseases diagnostics, including early stages, and quality of treatment. »
For easy understanding the designed program is a web-service executing doctors’ requests to calculate risk factors of diseases and pathologies using patented models. It is enough to input patient’s data into the program to acknowledge the risks according to the suggested variants. Application of these approaches is becoming possible and efficient due to development of machine education and its infrastructure, which allows to implement personalized and telemedical diagnostics.
In the end of the young scientists competition Sergey Diachkov has become the second prize winner for his investigations.
