Tatiana V. Sereda, MD, PhD, Deputy Head Physician of the Tyumen Cardiology Research Center, cardiologist of the higher category, clinical pharmacologist was appointed as a chief non-staff cardiologist of Tyumen region.
Successfully graduated from internship in Tyumen State Medical Academy and residence in Cardiology Center Tatiana V. Sereda started her professional practice as cardiologist. During more than 20 years she has been combining clinical and research work. In 2005 she was appointed as Deputy Chief Doctor for organization and methodological work. Tatiana is a high-qualified and experienced specialist and talented scientist. Together with colleagues she has been studying problems of diagnosis, treatment and prevention of arterial hypertension in the indigenous and non-indigenous population of the Tyumen North and the research results were frequently presented at national and foreign cardiology congresses. The research project «24-hour blood pressure profile and chronostructure: clinical and pathogenetic significance, the relationship with the target organ disease in patients with arterial hypertension in Far North of Tyumen region» was supported at the regional grant competition of the Governor of Tyumen region and was considered as a pressing issue.
In May, 2017 Tatiana V. Sereda successfully defended her habilitation thesis, besides, her dissertation was highly appreciated by leading Russian scientists for their scientific novelty and practical significance. She is an author of more than 100 scientific publications.

Each figure in her thesis she recounted several times to make sure the results are reliable and authentic. Tatiana successfully combines great clinical and scientific work with raising two wonderful daughters».
Tatiana V. Sereda believes that the new appointment is not just a status, but a serious and responsible work that will give an opportunity to do many good deeds for the healthcare of our city and region.
