Tyumen Scientist presented innovations at «Heart Failure-2017»

«Heart Failure-2017» took place in Paris (France) within 29 April – 2 May. Georgiy Pushkarev, MD, Scientific Researcher of Laboratory of Instrumental Diagnostics from Tyumen Cardiology Research Center participated in it and declared six poster presentations.

Tyumen researcher described, “This large-scale event contained many scientific sessions, workshops, courses, cardio-pulmonary resuscitations as well. I also managed to visit workshop on transcatheter mitral valve reconstruction using MitraClip. This method allows to correct mitral regurgitation in case of heart failure and improve prognosis and life quality of patients.”

Georgiy Pushkarev also presented an interesting study on the influence of depression on the mortality risk in patients after cardiac pacemaker implantation. It arose a great interest of the participants and Georgiy was invited to publish it in a great Turkish scientific journal of Turkish Society of Cardiology.

With warm greetings from home: our Center is helping soldiers

There are 12 employees working at our Center, whose loved ones are in special military operation zone. Our center team was among the first, who organized support to mobilized fighters: medications, equipment were sent, medical consultations and examinations were conducted, complications on household chores were minimized for the families and loved ones.
