Sergey Diachkov, a programmer of Automated Control Systems Department, a candidate of Tyumen Cardiology Research Center, took part in the All-Russian forum «Sense territory».
The event is an educational platform and includes 8 shifts, which will unite more than 8 000 young specialists this year. It was organized by the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs, the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation and Russian Patriotic Center and is patronized by Presidential Domestic Policy Directorate.
Sergey has visited the third shift «Young IT scientists and teachers» devoted to IT programs. Young IT-specialists had a meeting with Nikolay Nikiforov, Minister for Communications and Mass Media, and German Klimenko, President Assistant. As a result of the competition «Project conveyor», project of the Tyumen specialist «Clinical support of decision making of cardiological profile» has won a grant of 300 000 roubles (a maximum amount of this competition). Totally, 162 ideas were presented to the experts and 45 works received grants.
Sergey described: «The problem was revealed by V.Kuznetsov, Director of Tyumen Cardiology Research Center. The main idea of the project is to implement registered diagnostics and forecast of cardiovascular diseases into the medical practice as today most inventions are not used in the industry due to the lack of such kind of system. In the end we are going to have an All-Russian complex system. And different research and medical institutions will be able to connect to it».
It is necessary to mention that in 2015 Sergey Diachkov has become a winner of the program «Smart guy» and received a grant of 400 000 roubles for financing his scientific and technical idea within 2 years. Besides, he has won the President scholarship.
