An outdoor regional meeting “Chief Doctor’s Day” was held on 17-18 of March in Tyumen. The event was organized by the Ministry of Healthcare of Russia, Department of Healthcare of the Tyumen region, Tyumen State Medical Academy and Healthcare Department of Yamal-Nenets autonomous district. Chief doctors from Salekhard, Noviy Urengoy, Noyabrsk, Muravlenko and other Yamal cities were invited to see the biggest medical clinics, including Tyumen Cardiology Center during their visit.
To present modern diagnostics Tyumen cardiologists suggested their Yamal colleagues to pass complex examination including echocardiographic examination, ECG, biochemical tests, cardiologist consultation. Besides, a tour around the departments of the Center was organized for the guests.Annually around 3 thousand of Yamal citizens get here outpatient and inpatient care with the innovative diagnostics and treatment methods. Doctors communicate between each other solving together the issues of the patient’s treatment. Besides, they exchange their experience at the annual conferences organized by Tyumen Cardiology Center. The main target of cooperation is decrease of cardiovascular death rate and prolongation of Yamal citizens’ lifetime.
