During the New Year holidays patients were admitted to Tyumen Cardiology Center in the usual hours.Elena Shumeyko, Head of the Admission Department, said, “During the period from 31 December till 12 January 145 people were hospitalized, 131 of them were planned and 14 of them were admitted on emergency. Duty physicians admitted 17 patients who arrived on their own with heart pain, weakness, high blood pressure, etc. 26 people were delivered to Cardiology Center by ambulances. All patients were provided with medical care.”
From 4 till 6 and from 8 till 10 of January specialists of the Outpatient Department of Tyumen Cardiology Center (cardiologists, specialists of ultrasound and functional diagnostics, endocrinologist, urologist, ophthalmologist, neurologist) admitted people who cannot attend during the working days. Physiotherapeutic procedures, massage and physical therapy were available as well during the holidays. Small patients were also examined by cardiologists and specialized doctors. Many Tyumen citizens decided to devote time to their health at holidays and each of them were congratulated at the entrance to the Center by administrators and awarded with useful New Year souvenirs.
66 patients of the Inpatient Department met New Year at Tyumen Cardiology Center. Staying in the clinic did not prevent them from celebrating the feast in good mood. Each patient received a gift collection of different types of healthy tea and fruit; a festive dinner was also organized. Patients in turn celebrated the staff of the Center with New Year and Christmas, wished health, love, good luck at work and only pleased patients to all the doctors.
