Medicine and music are inseparable

Tyumen Cardiology Center keeps amusing everyone with its musical achievements, once again proving that medicine and music - things are not just compatible, but inseparable. New disk of our pop group “The Rhythms of the Heart”, named “E-LiMusIn” was released in October 2013.

As members of the group said, each syllable and letter in the name of the disk has its own meaning: “E” for “Eclectic”, “Li” for “Literary”, “Mus” for “Musical”, “In” for “Installations”. The idea to create an author’s songbook belongs to Director of Tyumen Cardiology Center, Professor Vadim Kuznetsov, who writes poems and music by himself. He told: “Two generations and two worlds met, collided in our creation. As it turned out, there was no place for compromise. A greater thing happened: our work united us! I admire my friends-colleagues in the group, and I am really glad that different generations and epochs united through hardship into mutual happiness – music. Our key song – “Black Chatain” – became the leitmotif of the songbook. In the album it is presented in two different variations.”
Pop group “The Rhythms of the Heart” exists in Tyumen Cardiology Center for many years. Their début was in May 2006 at the evening concerned with the closing of the World Congress of the International Cardiac Doppler Society. No festive occasion in Cardiology Center is now held without participation of “The Rhythms of the Heart”. Our musicians are now known far beyond Tyumen and even abroad.
