22nd Annual International Conference on Echocardiography and Allied Techniques

On November 3, 2012 22nd Annual International Conference on Echocardiography and Allied Techniques took place in Los Angeles (California, USA). For several years, Prof. Vadim Kuznetsov, Director of Tyumen Cardiology Center has been taking part in this scientific forum.


The Annual Conference on Echocardiography and Allied Techniques (MRI, ST Scan, Nuclear) is especially interesting because apart from discussing the recent advances, specialists from all around the world tell about unique cases from clinical practice and study them with their colleagues.
This year more than 60 scientists from 18 countries delivered presentations and interesting cases including valvular heart disease, endocarditis, prosthetic valve, aortic diseases, heart failure and many others. Vadim A. Kuznetsov shared experience with foreign colleagues and told about a novel approach in detection of coronary artery disease in the outpatient department: combination of isometric exercise and emotional stress echocardiography.
