Double celebration

This year a calendar has an interesting coincidence. The International Day of Older Persons is celebrated on the 1st of October, and the International Doctor`s Day – on the first Monday of October. And, of course, due to their overlapping there was a big celebration in Tyumen Cardiology Center.

A festive meeting was held that morning, where every member of the staff received congratulations upon the International Doctor`s Day. Also, they got a short video as a present. Later that day there was a concert dedicated to the International Day of Older Persons, where all congratulations were expressed in musical, dancing and poetic ways. Deputy Head Physician Tatiana V. Sereda, President of the Trade Union Committee Maria V. Varshavchik and President of the Veteran Council of Tyumen Cardiology Center Svetlana I. Aseeva made speeches. “Congratulations upon the International Day of Older Persons! Thank you for being so kind, caring and understanding”, Tatiana Sereda said. Svetlana Aseeva stressed that “the main thing is to find yourselves in this period of life. May your children and grandchildren bring joy into your hearts. I wish you lots of happiness, health and comfort!”
It should be mentioned that both employees and their children participated in the concert. The kids pleased the audience with reciting their own touching poems, proposing funny riddles, playing the violin and singing songs.
We are happy to express our gratitude to all the wise persons for their huge and priceless life experience, which they are willing to share generously with everyone around. May they be full of vivacity and optimism, and may their bodies and souls be young as ever!
